 Potable Battery Tester/Analyzer/Checker Products

The most common Battery (Electricity) selling right now at world wide markets.
From Left to Right: a large 4.5-volt (3R12) battery / a D Cell / a C cell / an AA cell / an AAA cell / an AAAA cell / an A23 battery / a 9-volt PP3 battery / and a pair of button cells (CR2032 and LR44) etc …

We know its simple to tell if its the battery ran out of juice, just simply plugin into any gadgets with suitable battery, like portable stereo, wireless home phone and other gadget, of course it’s easily to see if it’s running out of Power/Electricity.

But why in the industrial production side they are still making battery tester in the field?
Remember past few years of Duracell Batteries or other known brands, for AA and AAA size, each one of them has battery tester on the side of the battery, right? because they think its convenient and quickest way to check either Dead or Alive and it’s cost more to sell in the market.  Funny that.. now in present days they changed all back to normal battery without the tester by their (Battery) side.  So now the Present they separated testers and batteries.

Now… I have two battery tester by my side, to compare and review both of them. Here they are…

Used to test the following sizes:

Pros’ “One device can adjust sizes of the battery.”
Cons’ “It will easily break inside the circuit cable, if it’s keep sliding away.”

Battery Tester 02: Made in China, Hand handling size, Digital LCD Display.
This multi-purpose battery tester is for testing these batteries:
AAA (LR3) / AA (LR6) / C (LR14) / D (LR20) / 9 Volt (E-block) / CR123A / CR2 / CR-V3 / 2CR5 / CR-P2 / button cell batteries / or other batteries with the same voltage.
Pros’ “Excellent for wide range of batteries, different batteries for each tester socket.”
Cons’ “It uses AAA battery to test out others batteries” (how funny is that…Figure 1.3) “It needed AAA battery for the Digital LCD Display of battery levels Poor/Weak/Good.”

A lot of battery testers out there, Analog and Digital display also with battery storage.

So Analog display or Digital display which is the most accurate?
I haven’t tried others tester products, but those two (Figure 1.1 and Figure 1.2) battery testers are good enough for me to use.
But I prefer Analog instead of Digital (back to old years) it is the most accurate measure from the batteries out there.

Conclusion: “Depends on you, if you needed it”, Some of my Wifi gadget products needs batteries to work with, some do have it’s own charger and some don’t.. it is okey to have one just in-case.
All comes to your decision, Do I really have to get this? I would say “maybe yes” and “maybe no”, depends how you use it with your batteries, ask yourself few questions “do I need to check?, knowing the batteries still got some power in it?”

I will do reviews for every brand batteries out there, if I can acquire them someday.
I know its still not enough to test them out…. maybe someday will.
